Buying to resell at retail?

Bridal boutiques and shops that resell our pieces at our retail price get deeper pricing than the trade tier. Mention it when you get in touch and we'll quote you directly.

Terms apply to US orders. International trade orders are quoted individually. Quoted prices are held for 30 days.

Questions we get asked

Do I need to apply or be approved?

No. There is no application and no approval queue. Send us what you need and we'll quote it. We'll ask for a resale certificate or business licence before the first invoice, so we can bill you without sales tax.

How much is trade pricing?

See the trade terms above — the discount applies to our whole catalogue on every order, not a volume ladder you have to climb. Boutiques buying to resell at our retail price get deeper pricing again; just mention it when you get in touch.

What is the minimum order?

$250 to open your account and $150 on reorders, with a minimum of 2 per bouquet style or 6 per corsage style. One mid-size wedding usually clears it in a single order.

Do I need a resale certificate?

To be billed tax-free, yes — a resale certificate or a business licence. We need one on file before the first invoice. It is also how we keep trade pricing to actual trade.

How long does an order take?

15 days. Every piece is hand-assembled to order, which is also why we can match your colours. Tell us your date and we will confirm it before you commit to anything.

Can you match my colour palette?

Yes, on any bouquet, at no extra cost. Send a swatch photo or a hex code. Custom colours are final sale — it is the one thing we cannot take back.

Can you ship straight to my client?

Yes, anywhere in the US, with no retail packaging or pricing inside the box. Planners use this constantly.

What if something arrives damaged?

Send us a photo within 7 days and we replace it. Damage in transit is on us.

Do I have to carry inventory?

No. Everything is made to order, so most planners, florists and venues never hold stock at all.
