We want you to love your space. If you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be in original packaging and unused condition.

Damaged or Broken Items (The iHome Guarantee): If your item arrives broken or damaged during transit, we will replace it at zero cost to you.

  • Requirement: You must email support@ihomeconcept.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the packaging.

Change of Mind Returns:

  • Store Credit/Exchange: FREE. We provide a prepaid return label.
  • Full Refund: A 15% restocking fee applies to cover the inspection and repacking of fragile decor. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders and sale items are final sale.
